The dog ate our mailing

Getting the mailing out was a comedy of errors, and not in a haha kind of way. We sent out a postcard mailing to explain what had happened, the actual text is below. The front of the postcard had Capricious explaining that his Experimental
Mutant Dog-Alligator Hybrid Ate Our Fliers.

"Our First Printer Lost the Flyers. They put them in a storage locker somewhere and Forgot Where They Put Them. No, really. And then didn’t answer our phone calls for 2 weeks. Marketing had to take time off of work, go down there and confront them in person before they would tell us. Our Second Printer was a Dream. They had our flyers printed and delivered to the Post Office in 2 days. That was on December 4. The Post Office doesn’t know what happened, but it took them More Than A Month To Deliver Our Flyers. Because of all this, we will be Extending our Pre-reg Cutoff Dates. Our last PO Box Pick-up is on Saturday, February 5. If your membership is in there we will take it. If that’s not late enough, you can Register Online until Monday February 7. But that’s still not the latest you can pre-register. We will be accepting the $40.00 pre-reg rate until Registration Closes on Thursday, February 10. That’s right, Pre-reg Rates At The Door. But remember, it’s Only Good On Thursday! Even though we are extending the cutoff, Please Have Some Mercy on our Registration Staff and Don’t Wait Until the Last Minute! Thank you for your patience, and for not laughing too hard."
